Cancellation Policy

Book in a free 20 minute discovery call to find out how we can work together. Bookings for initial consultations with Natranutrition may be made online, all subsequent consultations will be agreed between the client and practitioner. All bookings must be paid upfront. Once payment is received, you will receive pre-consult forms and a three day food diary to send in before your consultation. Natranutrition requires more than 24 hours notice to cancel consultations. If a consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice a 50% fee will be incurred. If a consultation is not attended a 100% fee will be charged. If a consultation is cancelled by Natranutrition with less than 24 hours’ notice, then a 50% will be taken off your next consultation.
